imbloodyenglish after a night of reading several chapters of Wildcat's 'Out of Control'. She gave me an idea, I went to visit her for a brainstorming session and POOF! Here be the story! Also, for the sake of the story, Umbridge already has the Slytherin locket. (it is widely thought she had it during her reign at Hogwarts, so I'm going with that)
